The Robert Kerr Foundation is a private charitable foundation that provides grants to organizations that offer basic and urgent solutions to people experiencing homelessness and to children, through education and wellness programming. Welcome to our new Survey Monkey Apply application portal.
WHAT DO WE FUND?
Twice a year we provide funding for programs related to our focus areas. In 2022, our focus areas are children/youth who need education and mental health support and the homeless. We aim to balance our funding between our focus areas each year.
Look on this webpage for our guiding principles for grant-making, grant amounts, as well as a list of expenses that are ineligible for funding.
HOW TO APPLY FOR FUNDING
This application portal can be used by organizations who are looking to apply for funding from the Robert Kerr Foundation. Here are the steps:
Register for an account with Survey Monkey Apply.
Complete our Letter of Interest forms, which includes verifying that you are eligible for funding from our Foundation. At this stage you will be invited to upload your financial statements and a cover letter.
Twice annually our Board will determine which organizations will be invited to complete a full application for funding.
If you receive approval to move the the Request for Proposal round, please complete a full application for funding.
Our team will determine which grant applications have been successful and you will be informed of our decision.
